ZAC10 cycle controller
Usage Introduction: The most widely used SSR signal processing controller in industrial electric heating systems, which can accept PWM or 4-20mA input, generate two types of outputs: cycle zero crossing (PWM duty cycle control) and cycle zero crossing (CYC variable period), and directly drive SSR or Xi SW03A or TC32A thyristor power expanders. Due to the uniform distribution of the load current according to the sine wave, and the randomness and superposition of multiple equipment operation, the total power load current is relatively balanced, which improves the adjustment accuracy and power utilization efficiency, as well as avoids meter tapping and power equipment capacity increase

Internal power limit: Internal potentiometer P1 adjustment (factory not limited) Limit range: 0-100%. Note: It fails in manual or PL mode.
60 second power on slow start: starts when powered on for the first time or manually switched to automatic mode, used to reduce the average power of cold start.
Indicator light: PWM signal or 4-20mA input green LED; Red LED output indication.
Load connection method: 50Hz single-phase or three-phase delta or star center ungrounded/grounded, two control three-phase pure resistance load, no phase sequence.
