SA1/3/4 temperature controller
The SA1/SA3/SA4 series PID controller mainly highlights the design concept of economy, practicality, and simple operation. The display accuracy is 0.25 level, with functions such as free input, manual adjustment, and output limit adjustment.
Anti overshoot PID/adaptive PID/PID self-tuning.
Before using the system, the self-tuning function can be activated to find the optimal PID parameters of the system, thereby simplifying on-site debugging and improving regulation quality.
Output limiting can be used to limit the size and opening of the valve, avoiding excessive heating power design and power limitations on a specific heating segment of a special heating element.
To prevent deviation from the set range required by the process, the set value limit function can be used to avoid misoperation.
Three independent event relays can be set with 7 types of events, including: upper/lower absolute value, upper/lower deviation value, deviation value inside/outside, and over range alarm.
DC signal input method, programmable digital display range, directly displaying on-site industrial values.
The linear error of the sensor after calibration or the measurement error caused by the placement position can be compensated by setting the positive and negative offset as the display of the measured value PV.
To avoid on-site measurement interference, an anti-interference digital filtering time constant can be set
