Preface:

Xinjiang Sinopec Tahe Oilfield and PetroChina Tarim Oilfield adopt a temperature rise and viscosity reduction system; Due to the high power of the system and considering the characteristics of system simplification and low energy consumption, 1140V is directly used for temperature, voltage, and power regulation stepless control.


Difficulties:
The temperature rise and viscosity reduction system adopts an outdoor distribution cabinet, which has a huge temperature difference in the use area. The temperature of the room shell can reach 65 ℃ in summer and autumn, and the outdoor temperature can drop to -25 ℃ in spring and winter. The on-site sand and dust are large and the particles are very small. It is very difficult and challenging for the power regulator to operate continuously in this harsh working environment with a working voltage of 1140V and 24 hours of uninterrupted operation.

Performance:
Our company first conducted on-site investigation, independent research and development, and repeated testing on the 1140V voltage and power regulation stepless high voltage controller required for the oil field, and finally successfully launched it in 2018. And take the lead in on-site application in Tahe Oilfield; After long-term use, it has been proven that this device has excellent performance in extreme high temperatures, extreme low temperatures, extreme wind, sand, rain, impact, corrosion, etc. And it has been working continuously for a year without any fault incidents, winning unanimous recognition and praise from the oilfield.

At present, this product has been widely used in Tahe and Tarim oilfields in Xinjiang, as well as Shengli oilfield in Shandong.
